Disneyland at Christmas

Disneyland

Christmas is a wonderful, magical time of year. It is a time of happiness and of creating joyful memories. Disneyland is a wonderful, magical, happy place, where one creates joyful memories. To experience Christmas at Disneyland, would enhance both of them.

Disneyland takes on a special look at Christmas. Although it is crowded for this season, the crowds are manageable if you plan ahead. The winter's biggest crowds are over Thanksgiving weekend and from Christmas Eve to New Years, but even in December before Christmas Eve it can be crowded. It would be a good idea if you are going for more than one day, to buy your Disneyland tickets online in advance. It is also wise to use Ridemax to avoid standing in line. If you are interested in tours such as the "Walk in Walt's Footsteps Tour", you should reserve them more than a month in advance at 714-781-4400. Reservations for Disneyland restaurants should be made at least two weeks, and preferably up to a month, in advance at 714-781-3463

The Christmas decorations at Disneyland are best in Toontown and New Orleans Square, although they are found throughout the park. In Town Square, at the end of Main Street, there is a 60 ft. Christmas tree covered with thousands of lights and ornaments. In New Orleans Square, every alcove and balcony is decorated for Christmas, and each lamp post is decorated with a different color scheme.

There are all kinds of special things to see and do at Disneyland at Christmas. Here are a few ideas:

1) You can enjoy the holiday makeover of "It's a Small World". There are colorful wreaths and garlands, each one detailed and unique, decorating the promenade leading up to the attraction. At night the facade looks magical with over 300,000 colorful lights. When you go inside, each country is decorated for Christmas and it is fun to try to spot the clever details of the holiday traditions. The theme song is blended with Jingle Bells, Deck the Halls, and We Wish You a Merry Christmas.

2) You can watch the holiday fireworks and snow. The red and green fireworks are shot off above Sleeping Beauty's castle, accompanied by music. The best places to see them would be facing the castle, on a bench, preferably closer to Tomorrowland than Frontierland, so that the fireworks will look like they're behind the castle. Plan on waiting an hour or two for a prime spot on a bench, especially in the snowfall locations. Pick up a map of the park at the gate to find out where the selected spots are that snow will fall just after the fireworks end. As "White Christmas" is played, icicles appear on the castle and snow starts swirling around.

3) You can watch the Disney Christmas parade travel down Main Street (the most crowded but the most beautiful place to see it is the Main Street train station platform), through Fantasyland and towards the Town Square. Check the entertainment schedule when you arrive to find out the parade times and which direction it will be going in. Disney princes and princesses, as well as other Disney characters, are joined by marching nutcrackers, toy soldiers, and dancing snowmen. Santa himself is riding on a giant sleigh.

4) You can enjoy the Christmas carolers who travel around the park performing popular Christmas tunes from around the world. They, muffs and all, perform traditional carols up and down Main Street. Check in the daily entertainment schedule for their performance times.

5) You can enjoy great Christmas food on Main Street. Children, for about five dollars, can get and decorate a large sugar cookie with a choice of two frostings and two sprinkles. Watch out for the blue icing, it will permanently dye your lips. You can get gingerbread men at the Blue Ribbon Bakery during November and December. Every Friday in December you can get fresh candy canes at the Main Street candy shop. You can even watch them making the candy canes through the window of the Candy Kitchen.

Disneyland at Christmas is a magical place at a magical time. There are all kinds of special decorations and activities at Disneyland to celebrate Christmas. As long as you plan ahead, you'll have a wonderful holiday trip. Enjoy.

Ballpark and Disneyland Auto Insurance

Disneyland

When it comes to car insurance there are two extremes that are rarely used, but are important to understand in order to grasp how insurance policies are made. These two are known as the ballpark model and the Disneyland model, describing insurance coverage that relies mostly on insurers and coverage that relies mostly on individuals. As the vast majority of states adhere to an insurance philosophy somewhere in between these two options, it may seem fruitless to look at outliers. However, by understanding how system extremes work, a person can better understand the ranges in the middle.

The ballpark model, championed prior to the standard illegality of auto insurance, places the onus of insurance burdens on motorists. Under this system, predominately used in only one state currently, a lack of insurance requirements means that drivers are free to not protect themselves on the road. Without universal liability coverage, the cost of insurance for each accident can be prohibitively expensive for drivers.

On the other hand, the Disneyland model stands as the opposite to the ballpark model. According to this standard, being experimented with in another state, auto insurers take full responsibility for claims. This can make premiums higher, as insurance companies will want to cover the cost of automatic coverage. However, the costs of repairing a vehicle are significantly lower for drivers.

In the execution of the ballpark model, besides optional insurance, there are little changes to the current industry. On the other hand, the Disneyland model requires significant overhaul of the current system in order to regularize the execution of this model. Proponents of this kind of insurance argue that license plates could be privatized in order to facilitate full insurance company liability.

To learn more about insurance philosophies and how they affect you, as well as the insurance options available in your area, contact a car insurance expert.

What Is the Best Transportation From LAX Airport to Disneyland?

Disneyland

Los Angeles Airport and Disneyland in Anaheim are two of the busiest and most famous places in California. If you're travelling from LAX and your first stop over is Disneyland, it is ideal to plan the most convenient route from the airport. A trip to Disneyland can always be exciting and special, most especially for first timers. You don't want to ruin all the excitement by choosing the wrong LAX airport transportation.

There are a number of modes of transportation that you can choose from. If you're staying at hotels near the Disneyland area, some of them offer free or low cost shuttles from LAX to Disneyland. Taking a public transportation is also an option. If you are willing to walk, take the train, and transfer from station to station, then this wouldn't be a problem for you. However, traffic in Los Angeles during weekdays can only go from bad to worse. Travelling through public transportation may take two to three hours.

In comparison with those other options, the best way to travel from LAX to Disneyland is through a town car service. A town car service can provide you with convenience, comfort, and safety that you need. Getting around LAX is quite stressful already considering the crowd and the long lines. You don't need to experience the same situation once you step out of the airport.

Luckily, hiring a town car service provides a lot of options as well. There are many car rental companies around Los Angeles that promise to provide you with the best service. In order to choose the most reliable company, make sure to do your research before your actual trip. By doing so, you will have time to shop for quotes, read reviews online, and make an informed decision.

Once you have chosen the company that fulfills your needs, you can book a reservation online or over the phone. Your work is done after that. On the day of your flight, a driver will meet and greet you at the airport. He will take care of the entire trip from there. You don't need to worry about directions, traffic, and your luggage. You can also cut your travel time almost in half compared to taking a public transportation.

Hiring a town car service can truly be considered as the best transportation to get from LAX to Disneyland. It may cost a little more than taking the public transportation, but the comfort that it will provide you is definitely priceless.

2010 Disneyland Guide

Disneyland

If you plan on going to Disneyland in 2010, you will want to know everything that you can about Disneyland before you plan your vacation. When it comes t o planning your 2010 Disneyland vacation you will want to know where you can stay, but also where you can buy the best Disney princess dresses. The 2010 Disneyland Guide will also include information on where you can go to meet the various Disney characters, but also where you can find the best selection of princess costumes, including a Cinderella princess costume. Your 2010 Disneyland guide is going to include all of your basic information for planning your trip.

While you are visiting Disneyland, you can stay in one of the numerous Disneyland resorts, which are located adjacent to the park. Not to mention that when you opt to stay at the Disneyland resorts you can also get the price of tickets included in your package deal. Staying at the Disneyland resorts is not your only option when visiting Disneyland. There are many local hotels and motels around the area that you can stay in. Even better, some of them even offer package deals for family vacations to Disneyland.

If you plan to dress your daughters up in their favorite princess costumes you can opt to get the princess costumes before you go to Disneyland or once you have arrived in Disneyland. If you pick up the Disney princess dresses before you go to Disneyland you will be able to get the Disney princess dresses at a cheaper price, but you might not find all of the accessories that you are looking for. If you are looking for something specific, such as a Cinderella princess costume with all of the matching accessories you can usually find it inside of Disneyland. Fantasyland has the best shops for princess items, include a full Cinderella princess costume. The two shops in Fantasyland have everything that you could possibly want when it comes to princess items.

While planning your days inside the park you will want to think about what areas you want to visit first. One thing to keep in mind is that the areas that are geared towards young children, such as Fantasyland and Mickey's Toontown, are going to get crowded really fats, so you should make them your first stop. Chances are you won't be able to see the whole park in one day, so make a list of what is a priority in terms of shows and rides and go from there.

Dining inside of Disneyland can be quite the experience, especially if you opt for a character meet and greet. The prices of these meals vary based on the season and what meal you are attending, so be prepared ahead of time. If you opt for a character dining experience you will want to book your reservations as soon as possible because spots fill up fast, same day seating is only available in the off-season.

Breaking Free From the Disneyland Dad Syndrome

Disneyland

Most people remember those commercials after the Super Bowl or other major sporting events where the MVP would asked, "You've won the Super Bowl, now what are you going to do?" The answer was always the same "I'm going to Disneyland."

Why was this the answer? Quite simply because it is still the ultimate playground, no matter how old we get. Unfortunately this sometimes translates into skewered actions in real life, including on behalf of the non-custodial parent in divorce cases.

This is not to say that the non-custodial parent takes his or her children on trips or lavish vacations. On the contrary, due to the limited time most non-custodial parents have it is almost impossible to actually take long trips and adventures. In fact, these parents are known as 14 percenter parents, a term used in divorce circles to describe the non-custodial parent with standard every other weekend visitation for child custody, which amounts for the most part to a mere 14 percent. Most parents find that since their time is limited it is important to make the most of it.

When in this situation, it is not uncommon for parents to treat their visitation as the ultimate vacation.

In other words, the parent tries their best to outdo the last visitation by bouncing from activity to activity while consuming junk food, and candy. Sadly these actions set up unrealistic expectations for future visits with the parent. Of course, this also doesn't sit so well with the other parent. After each visit the children return to their custodial parent full of sugar and tales of their fun with the other parent.

By human nature there is always a struggle over what is right and wrong. Most parents who act out the Disneyland dad behavior do not feel that this is wrong. And maybe it's not. But it does make things harder for the other parent, children and even the non-custodial parent. It can even harm the relationship between the Disneyland dad and his children by skewing discipline and boundaries.

There is nothing wrong with occasionally spoiling your children with treats, but wholesome family activities such as visits to a bookstore, a school event, or even just a walk through park are grossly underappreciated.

It's never too late to establish a routine with your children and institute boundaries that will help your relationship grow despite the fact you only have minimal time with your children.

What to Wear to Disneyland

Disneyland

If you are getting ready to head to Disneyland with your family you are probably wondering what you should wear to Disneyland. Now what you wear to Disneyland is going to vary based on who you are going with, but it is always fun to dress up in princess costumes when you go to Disneyland. One of the best things about dressing up in princess costumes is that it isn't just for little girls. While at Disneyland you will notice many women dressed up in their favorite princess costumes.

If you or your girls are going to dress up in a princess costume you are not going to want to just dress up as an ordinary princess. When dressing up as a princess you are going to want to pick your favorite Disney princess. Picking out the Disney princess you want to dress up as before you go to Disneyland makes it easier because you can buy your Disney princess dresses before you get to Disneyland. Buying your Disney princess dresses before you get to Disneyland can also help you save money because buying the Disney princess dresses inside the park is going to be rather expensive. To buy your Disney princess dresses you will want to check out The Disney Store or even a Disney Outlet that is located near you. If you do not have either store close you can always look online for the best deals on Disney princess dresses.

One of the most popular Disney princess costumes is the Cinderella princess costume. When you go to Disneyland you will find adults and children alike dressed up as Cinderella. There is no exact reason why the Cinderella princess costume is so popular, but the good news is that it is one of the easiest ones to find for little girls. Most stores that sell dress up clothes carry the Disney princess line, including the Cinderella princess costume.

Dressing up as a princess is fine for girls, but not a good idea for little boys. If you want to dress up your little boy or even your spouse you can dress them up as Prince Charming. Finding a Prince charming outfit is going to be a lot harder than finding princess costumes because most stores don't sell boy dress up clothes. The easiest way to find a Prince Charming costume is to look online or at The Disney Store. You can also create your own Prince Charming costume, but it might require a little bit of sewing to get things exactly right.

If the idea of dressing up in princess or prince costumes doesn't sound like something that you are interested in you can always wear regular old clothes. The type of clothes you wear will depend on what time of year you are going and what park you are visiting. You will want to wear clothes that won't get ruined by water, especially if you will be riding the water rides. You also want to wear comfortable shoes because you will be doing plenty of walking.

Orlando Vacation Condos and Townhomes - Affordable Orlando Short Term Rentals

Whether for Orlando vacation accommodation or the short term business trip, Orlando vacation condos and townhomes offer an excellent solution to your affordable Orlando short-term rental requirement.

The city of Orlando is a very popular part of Florida, largely because of Disney World. Through coincidence or design, it is a strange fact that Disney World is sited in Orange County Florida while Disneyland is sited in Orange County California. Perhaps Walt Disney liked oranges - who knows? Irrespective of this coincidence, partially because of Disney and partially due to the climate and for other reasons, vacation accommodation and its business counterparts are in great demand in Orlando.

Both businessmen and those seeking vacation rentals in Orlando tend to look first to hotels. Although hotels in Orlando are of the highest quality, they can be expensive both for short-term business needs and for those of large families or groups of people going on holiday together. In such cases, inexpensive accommodation would be desirable - for the businessman to keep his expenses to a minimum, and for families and groups for obvious reasons, particularly in this current financial situation.

In Orlando, short-term Orlando vacation rentals in the form of condos and townhomes offer extremely attractive alternatives to hotel accommodation. Not only for price (more on that later) but also for the relative standards of accommodation and facilities provided. Let's have a look at these in more detail.

No hotel can offer you the personal cooking facilities or the level of entertainment available in short-term Orlando vacation rental accommodation. Don't let the term vacation confuse you, because such accommodation is also available to business people. It is very convenient to be able to return to your room in the evening and rustle up a sandwich, heat up a pizza in the microwave or even grill a burger and have it with a beer for which you did not have to pay cocktail bar prices.

Town houses can also offer you your personal pool which hotels cannot, and many condos are situated within resorts, with all the facilities that such complexes have to offer. Facilities such as fitness centers and restaurants are generally cheaper than those in hotels.

There are three bedroom condos available in Windsor Palms Resort that is only 10 minutes from Disney World. Such three bedroom Orlando vacation condos that not only offer four flat-screen TVs and DVD and VHS equipment, but also sleep eight people comfortably, cost as little as $120 per night during the high summer season. Work it out! That equates to $15 per person each night thing- try asking for that price at a hotel.

That is amazing value, and the rooms are of the highest quality, very well furnished with high quality entertainment systems and fully fitted kitchens complete with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier. This is just like home, and although you may not want your vacation to be just like home, such facilities as laundry are expensive in a hotel and you certainly could not have hotel home cooking facilities that you might be thankful for after a good night out.

Such short term accommodation in Orlando is not restricted only to those on vacation of course, and as already suggested above, it is also available to business people who are visiting Orlando for business reasons. Not only does such accommodation help to reduce the cost of business trips, which is of particular importance in today's economic climate, but also offers a degree of privacy not possible in the majority of Orlando hotels.

Although some of the types of short-term Orlando vacation rentals available in Orlando have been referred to above, there are others. You can, for example, rent eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom villas that sleep up to 18 people, and although such accommodation is naturally more expensive than a vacation condo or townhouse it amounts to very little more per head than the three bedroom villas and condos available for rent in Orlando. When you look at the prices for Orlando short-term rentals, you must take into consideration that these are for the entire unit per night, irrespective of how many are sharing.

So, no matter the reason for your visit to Orlando Florida, there is accommodation available to meet your needs. In addition to hotels of the highest class downwards, Orlando vacation condos and townhouses offer Orlando short-term rental options for those either unable to meet the relatively high cost of hotel rooms because of their large families, or groups of people who are visiting Orlando either on vacation or on golf trips.

Disneyland Paris Cheap Deals - Getting the Best Value From Your Trip to Euro Disney

Disneyland

For many of us (young and old alike) a trip to Disneyland Paris is a dream. I will always remember the amazement on my children's faces when they first entered the park and saw all their favourite characters we did truly have a magical holiday.

So how much of a reality is a trip to Disneyland Paris is it really affordable or is it out of most peoples' price ranges? Well if you take time to plan and research all your options you will be able to make huge savings but you need to remember that this is a special place and as such you do have to pay a premium. I always find this a challenge and love thinking up ways of finding savings as this can add to the fun of the trip.

Booking a package deal well in advance can often be the cheapest option as this is when the special offers are at their best. You will also find that the offers are limited so the earlier you book the more choice you will have over hotels etc. As a rule of thumb I would do a little research on the websites so I know how much a package is and then have a trip down to my local travel agent and give them the challenge of beating the price you could be surprised what they come up with. It may not be cheaper but they will often add in a few extras that would usually have incurred a charge.

If you want to tie in a visit to Disney as part of a holiday in France then I would suggest you also do a little research, buying tickets in advance usually works out cheaper than on the gate. Rail companies and other travel providers often have special deals for example if you cross with Eurotunnel you can get a free day hopper pass and 15% off additional tickets which is a huge saving especially if there are several of you travelling together.

If you are not staying on site then look at each aspect of you trip as you don't want any nasty surprises when you are there. The main things to consider are;

Travel
Accommodation
Entrance Passes
Food and Drink
Car Parking
Souvenirs
Extras - such as Wild West Show
All of the above can work out quite pricey but savings can be made on all of the above with careful planning for example staying offsite in an apartment is often much cheaper than the onsite hotels. Consider buying a half board option from Disney as this works out much cheaper than buying individual meals. Car Parking works out at €12.00 per day it may be better to use a shuttle service from your hotel

7 Easy Tips For Enjoying A Magical Disney World Vacation

Walt Disneyland

Many kids have one important wish and desire, and that is to visit Disney world. Regardless of whether you experience this vacation wonderland as a child or as an adult, there are several things you can do to maximize the fun and minimize the expenses. Let's find out how to work a little magic.

1. Protect your health while you travel. Disney world is located in the sunshine state of Florida, so you can expect to have to contend with lots sunshine, harmful sunrays, and warm ( I mean hot) weather. Be sure to pack your sunscreen, sun glasses, and hats. And once you are there, remember to drink plenty of water. With regards to health, there are other concerns as well, such as motion sickness. If you or your child suffer from motion sickness, just say "no" to the wilder rides.

2. Beware of Souvenir Madness. Even the most frugal Disney visitor will surely buy some souvenirs to remind him of his Disney vacation long after he returns home. But its easy to get carried away and go way over board. So we recommend that you agree in advance on a "family souvenir budget" and then be sure to stick to it. Get the kids involved too, so that they know in advance what the limits are, and that they are expected to help stay within the family budget.

3. Minimize Snacking At the Parks. The quickest way to blow your budget is buy buying snacks on-site. The costs of pop corn and ice cream skyrocket once you enter the parks. To avoid spending unnecessary money on on-site snacks, try buying your snacks in advance and agreeing to an itinerary before entering the park. Once everyone has agreed upon the time for the "snack break", it's easy to just enjoy all the rides until the "snack time" arrives and then head out for quick snack.

4. Stay at Non-Disney Hotels. Staying off-site can reduce your accommodation expenses considerably. In addition to saving on hotel expenses, you also save on off-site food which would include breakfasts and lunches. This can quickly add up to tremendous savings.

5. Avoid Major Holidays. This may seem logical, but it needs to be specifically mentioned. The top peak seasons when Disney is busiest is from Christmas through New Years day, as well as during spring breaks and Easter weekends. If at all possible, you should avoid visiting Disney during these periods. On the other hand, the best time to visit Disney is after the thanksgiving weekend until Christmas, the second week of January through the first half of February, or the week after Easter until early June. With a little planning on your part, the lines wont be that long after all.

6. Get to the parks Extra Early. You may be surprised to know that the theme parks open about 30 minutes earlier than the "official" opening time. This means that if you get to the parks about one hour before the official opening time, you are at a major advantage above the other visitors. You may be able to enjoy four rides in about one hour if you get a early head start. The same four rides may well require three hours "waiting time" if you arrive later.

7. Plan, Plan Plan! The best way to really enjoy Disney world and get the best value for you money is to plan in advance what you want to do and see. The less time you spend waiting in lines or trying to figure out what to do next, the more fun you will have and the more value you will get for your money!

Therefore, be sure to use these 7 easy secrets and get ready to enjoy a "magical" vacation!

Disney World Birthday Promotion

Walt Disneyland

A birthday is a wonderful time in anyone's life where you can reflect on your past, look to the future and create memories in the moment. This year, Disney has decided to help you kick start those memories with a free ticket to any Walt Disney World Theme Park, calling it their gift to you.

Now you and your entire family can see the spectacles of the Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot Center or Animal Kingdom and the birthday boy, girl, husband, wife, mother, father or friend can enjoy their special day on the house.

In order to claim your free ticket there are a few steps that Mickey and Goofy have put into place. The first is to register your birthday with Mickey on the Disney World website. This will help remind Mickey that your special day is approaching and be sure to remind you of things when the time comes. Disney will even send you an email reminder 2 weeks prior to your birthday, which can act as the redemption coupon when you get to the gates outside of Orlando in Central Florida.

You will need proper ID - for adults over the age of 18 this means a valid driver's license, passport or military ID. For children that may not have an ID card, an original or certified copy of a Birth Certificate is required. Please note that school IDs or children security IDs are not deemed government-issued photo IDs and will not be accepted. This is hand to know before packing for your big trip to Lake Buena Vista.

Disney also knows that some of its most valuable friends, the Passholders may want to venture into a Walt Disney World Park on their birthday. Disney encourages you to register as well, bring the free admission coupon to the ticket window and the guest relation folks at Will Call will show you your other gift options! I am not going to ruin the surprise, but you will not be disappointed!

Lastly, if you did not pre-register online, Disney wants you to know that you are welcome to come into the park for free as well. You may have to wait in a line as the pre-registration process was created to make the process speedier. If you did not register in advance you will have to use the Walt Disney World Will Call Window.

So as your special day rolls up this year I hope you take the opportunity to visit Mickey and friends at a Walt Disney World Theme Park. The memories you make will contribute to birthday remembrance for years and years to come.

Useful Tips During Holiday

Most people have found Walt Disney World to be the best vacation place for their Christmas and New Year's Eve. If you fall under this category of people, then you would find these 7 tips to be very useful next time you wish to go on holiday.

1. On the special nights the item for the Magic Kingdom would host a special admission offer called 'Mickey's Very Special Christmas party.â€Â What is on the table that evening are festivity items like hot chocolate, snow flurries, cookies, fireworks and Christmas parade. It would save you a lot of headache to book your ticket in advance since this show tops the cake.

2. Red and green is the usual dressing code to the Christmas party to catch the mood of the holiday. Since you would be standing most of the time, the wise thing to do is to wear low heels.

3. You should pace yourself: The place will be full of a huge crowd that comes to Disney to celebrate the New Year. This place also has quite attractive decorations and beautiful displays of fireworks.

4. In this season the temperatures are normally very high even up to 70 degrees Fahrenheit but become as low as 49 degrees. That is why it is advised that you dress with this in mind.

5. Whenever you find that there are two performances in the evening of the Christmas parade, it is usually better to go for the later one because the number of attendants reduces with time.

6. The good thing is that the characters in the performances will be mingling around to greet guests throughout the day in the Town Square during the opening hours. You should get all the information in the times guide. You would remember that Alice in Wonderland with her companions, Ariel can be found in the Fairy Tale Garden around the castle. Other famous characters that frequently feature are: Liberty Tree Tavern, Cinderella's Royal table, Chrystal Palace.

7. In case you have rented a stroller, be sure to put it back before the beginning of fireworks. This is because immediately after the display, the line of those returning the strollers will be pretty long.

Visiting Disneyland Paris

Disneyland

One of Europe's most popular tourist destinations, Disneyland Paris is a fantastic place to visit for all the family. It is a small piece of Disney away from the United States of America, but still manages to bring a fantastic experience to every one of its millions of visitors each year.

Opening its doors for the first time on 12 April 1992, Disneyland Paris is located in Marne-la-Vallee, a town in the east of Paris, the French capital. It was decided to build a Disney Resort in Paris after the resounding success of both the Disneyland resorts in California and Florida as well the first Disneyland to be built out of America, the 1983 opening of Tokyo Disneyland. Taking four years to build, work began on Disneyland Paris in 1988. There was much debate to where the site should be, with a preliminary list of 1,200 possible places. Reduced to a mere four, the two Spanish sites were disregarded due to foreseeable construction problems, leaving Toulon and Marne-la-Vallee in France. After much discussion, the latter was chosen for the fact it would be less than a four hour drive for nearly 70 million people and short 2 hour flight for over 300 million more.

The Disneyland Paris complex consists of three main areas, which can be broken down into -

Hotels - Built over the entrance to the Disneyland Park, the hotel is widely regarded as the most impressive hotel in the whole area. Disney have also provided guests with a selection of other hotels, or built around 'Lake Disney' and themed to their high expectations. Whilst there are several Disney run hotels on site, there are a selection of other hotels that cater for all tastes and, more importantly, budgets. None of the hotels are actually based on the Disneyland site, however a free shuttle bus is provided throughout the day.

Disneyland Park - the actual place where most people consider 'Disneyland' is Disneyland Park, the 140acre site where almost fifty attractions are housed. Split into five separate 'lands', each is themed around a specific Disney idea. Main Street, USA features, as expected, several American based rides whilst Frontierland has many cowboy and Indian themed rides, including the famous Big Thunder Mountain. The final three lands, Adventureland, Fantasyland and Discoveryland all feature some spectacular rides and attractions, themed so fantastically and to such an extent it's difficult to believe you're not part of a cartoon or movie!

Extra attractions - Whilst most would be content with the fantastic hotels and masses of rides in Disneyland Park, Disney decided that a selection of extra attractions would make the complex that extra bit special. Starting with Disneyland Village, which features a wide selection of restaurants and shops (themed by Disney, of course) there's a variety of other attractions, including two separate golf courses.

There are many Disney theme parks around the world, each designed, themed and created professionally by Disney. Each Disney theme park around the world will be slightly different, but each guarantee that you will have a great time, whatever your age.

Costumes to Wear to Disneyland in the Winter

Disneyland

Despite winter's grasp, your daughter wants to wear her princess Disney costumes to Disneyland. Disaster? It doesn't need to be. There are a few costumes that will keep a little one warm enough to be outside for the day. If not, there are ways to incorporate winter clothing into those princess Disney costumes.

Pirate costumes are great for little boys. Arrrr, matey! These costumes are well adapted for winter weather. Have him were long pants (preferably something thick!) instead of capris. Tuck a long sleeve or sweater underneath that ragged pirate shirt, and if you need to, slip a thin beanie under the bandanna.

Superhero is another costumes that naturally covers the majority of the body, thus making it a great choice for winter activities. If your son wants to dress up us a superhero, make sure to add layers underneath the body of the costume. Tie the cape on, and he's ready to go!

A cowboy is a great dress up for Toy Story's Woody this year. What about Indiana Jones? Go for a thick flannel shirt for the top of the cowboy costume. The vest on these costumes is essential, keeping your little boy's core warm will help the rest f him stay warm too. Layer the pants, and he should be ready for what the weather has to throw as him.

Girls costumes are fun too. Many kids love to dress up as a Cinderella princess. Since most Cinderella princess costumes are short-sleeved, they can be difficult to winterize. Elbow length white gloves look elegant with this dress, but may not be warm enough. Try wearing a skin-colored thermal underneath the Cinderella princess costume. A light blue or white colored thermal would work as well. Underneath the dress, wear more than just tights- go for sweats! It's great to add thick layers underneath the dress where no one can see them.

A witch is a fun costume to turn into winter attire. Under the black witch costume, add some bright green thermals. This works even better if the dress shows a little ankle! She will feel more wicked than ever with a little green skin peeking out of her wicked witch costume. Green gloves will top off the look. Make sure to have beanie on underneath that thin witches hat!

Snow White Princess is beautiful with a red, blue, and gold dress too hard for your girl to let go of? Well tell her she can still dress up as the Snow White princess at Disneyland this year. This is another dress to add sweats and a long-sleeved shirt underneath. Since the Snow White princess costume isn't as ornate as the Cinderella princess dress, it lends itself better to a coat on top. A simple black coat that you have on-hand may go well with this dress, or a white fur-lined coat would work as well.

If you have teenagers, let your adolescent give her own private concert at Disneyland this winter. The best thing about this Diva's ensemble is that you can make it look any way you wish! Put some fur-lined boots over skinny jeans, and find a top that has sparkles or sequins. Top that with a trendy winter coat and a Hannah Montana wig, and she'll pass a winter super diva for sure!

The Future of the Walt Disney Company

Walt Disneyland

On your next Disney vacation, you may not notice the Frontierland cowboys moving through secret corridors in and out of the park. You will probably never see the imagineer studios where designers are fusing together robot animatronics or the Disney artist studios where painters and wood carvers are making the next attraction's hand-crafted signs.

You may not know what rides are being planned for 2009, or who the CEO of the Walt Disney Company is, but you can rest assured there's a huge team of Disney executives working behind-the-scenes at making your family's trip the experience of a lifetime.

Sometimes it's easy to forget that the Disney Company is pulling behind-the-scenes strings. When visitors enter Disney World Orlando, Tokyo Disneyland or one of the many Disney "empires," the illusion becomes real.

Every care and worry simply ceases to exist for people on their family Disney vacation, which is just the way Walt and Roy Disney imagined it. Like any business, there is competition, and with Universal planning a new Simpsons ride and a Harry Potter theme park, the Walt Disney Company knows it must keep developing or be left in the dust.

There are several projects being undertaken by Disney for 2008-2009. In California, the Mark VII Monorail is being developed to help transport people between parks, and new attractions for the ailing, Disneyland California park, including the Walt Disney Plaza, Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color and the Little Mermaid Under the Sea Adventure.

Walt Disney World Orlando is changing the name of Disney MGM Studios to Hollywood Studios and is adding an American Idol attraction and Spaceship Earth is undergoing renovation at Epcot. The last major addition at Disney World Orlando was 2006's $100 million Mount Everest rollercoaster set in the Animal Kingdom. Tokyo Disneyland is adding the Monsters Inc. Ride and Go Seek attraction as well.

Perhaps the most anticipated new attraction is Toy Story Mania being developed for both American parks. In this ride, guests will board vehicles and navigate through a carnival midway, where they'll stop at several 3-D virtual reality game screens. Disney World executives hope to meet people's expectations and desire for instant gratification by greeting guests waiting in line with costumed cast members and a one-million-dollar singing animatronic Mr. Potato Head.

Once inside, Toy Story characters like Bo Peep, Woody and the Piggy Bank will be the carnival operators. "We look at it as gaming meets immersive storytelling," explained one of the designers.

Over the years, the package deals are getting a little sweeter to attract the budget-conscious. Consider that some Disney World vacation packages including a Disney resort room, dining plan and park ticket start at $79 per person, which is less than the cost of a single park admission ticket!

The "no expiration date" ticket option appeals to many families, too, enabling them to come back time and time again. Over the years, the Walt Disney Company imagineers have remained true to its original dream: to provide memorable, fun and educational vacations to families, spanning as many as three generational lines!

How About a Disneyland Vacation Package

Disneyland

I can remember the first time I began searching for the perfect Disneyland vacation package. Strangely enough, I found it quite enjoyable; probably because planning the events made them feel even more exciting, especially when you know that it is going to be a holiday of a lifetime for the children. For others though, searching for a Disneyland vacation package can be quite a headache.

When you first decide on going to Disneyland for a vacation you need to determine whether you are up for planning the trip all be yourself. Remember that there is a lot to do and see at Disneyland resorts so there will be more to organize that your ordinary vacation.

Should you decide not to plan your own vacation there are several options for you. The most obvious option is to have a travel agent make all of the arrangements for you. However, consider using the Disney Vacation Planning Services for the best Disneyland experience. Either of these options will set you off and all you will need to do is follow your itinerary.

If you are planning on organizing the Disneyland vacation package yourself, there are some essential things that you must consider. Firstly, before you decide on which Disneyland attractions you want to see you need to determine the dates you will be at a Disneyland park. There are many different attractions that take place at different times of the year so you need to choose a date and then choose which Disneyland attractions you want to see.

Once you are set upon which dates you will be at Disneyland, you will then want to decide what you will be doing on each day. Your Disneyland vacation package should have your travel and accommodation arrangements sorted, but there are a couple of other things to consider.

Something that you may not think about doing but is recommended is organizing food in advance. Disneyland is very popular so reserving places at some of the more popular Disneyland restaurants may be worthwhile. It's possible to book restaurant reservations before you even leave home!

When you are deciding upon the Disneyland attractions you want to see, plan with the use of a map. This will mean you can plan around attractions that are close to each other to make best use of your time.

Remember to keep a budget in mind. Creating a Disneyland vacation package with the help of the Disney Vacation Planning Services or travel agent may help you get a better deal. Take a look around for the best deals so that you can save money on a hotel and food. Prioritize what's important on the vacation. For example, if you are taking small children consider that they are interested in seeing the attractions rather than stay in a nice hotel!

How To Get Cheap Disneyland Tickets

Disneyland

Disneyland holidays are one of the most popular family destinations. The memories from your Disneyland holiday can often last a lifetime. Disneyland vacations can be very expensive, however there are ways to ensure you get the cheapest Disneyland tickets.

You have probably saved hard for your Disneyland vacation, however it can be very easy to spend your entire budget in the first few days. Due the popularity of Disneyland, most people often pay over inflated prices on everything ranging from flights, food and car rental.

You need to ensure that you plan ahead, talk to your travel agent to find out the cheapest flights and hotels in the resort. Check online comparison websites in order to find yourself the very best deal. Give each member of your family a budget and stick to it.

Try to avoid buying souvenirs within the Disneyland park itself, you will often find similar souvenirs available in gift shops away from the park itself. The same applies to food, try to eat outside of the park itself, this again will save you huge amounts of money.

It is always worth inquiring about special Disneyland tickets, the annual pass ticket is great for people who plan on visiting Disneyland regularly and the Park Hopper ticket can give you access to all of the parks, instead of paying a separate entrance fee for each park.

You need to research and explore the various packages available to you, tell your travel agent what you are looking for out of the holiday and always try to get the Disneyland tickets included as part of your package to ensure you make the biggest savings.

Disneyland - Secrets, Stories, and Magic

Disneyland

Ever since I have been six years old I have been a life-long lover of Disneyland. It has strong through all these years of my life, which included working at the Disneyland Resort as an Entertainment Costumer. In all that time I have learned a lot of secrets and stories about Disneyland (actually a lot before I worked at the park). I know the park like the back of my hand and have always prided myself on my ability to know almost everything about the parks. That's before I watched the DVD documentary of "Disneyland: Secrets, Stories, and Magic." I expected to know a lot of the information. Some of the information I did know, but I was really surprised how much I did learn. Plus it comes with replica of one of the original ticket books, which every Disney aficionado has always wanted (or maybe just me).

The actual documentary in itself was fun just in the fact that there are interviews from people who had been alive when Disney was. Anybody who worked for Disney when he was alive can say that he held a special magic for the company and those people are the ones who know what Disneyland is all about. While there is magic in the parks today it was nothing like when Walt roamed the streets. The documentary goes from the time the park was created to now and shares some interesting stories (I love the one about the cleaning crew in Haunted Mansion). Probably the best part about the documentary is the great clips you never see anymore (like the opening of Star Tours with Michel Eisner and George Lucas). It does have some interesting facts (I didn't know that for a year there was a ride that was a cross between a train and a monorail). While the documentary was entertaining, it was not necessarily the most informative part of the DVD.

What I learned the most from was the special features. I would have to say that without the special features the documentary would not be worth the money spent. A trivia game is offered on the DVD in which you can answer questions about the park. Your reward is that you get to pick a clip to watch (I really enjoyed my tour of Walt Disney's apartment above the fire station). It also features "People and Places: Disneyland U.S.A." You can watch it in its original format or with a commentary. I highly recommend watching it with the commentary. This movie was actually one of the first films (short films, of course) that was shot in cinemascope, so it is absolutely amazing to watch. The most amazing part is to see that Frontierland was one-third of the park back then. It really shows us how our focus on media has changed. Back then it was all about Westerns and being out in nature....things sure have changed. We are definitely more about the fast-paced lifestyle.

"Operation Disneyland" is one of the most amazing parts. It was a short film that was sent only to the ABC affiliates shortly after the Disneyland opening day was aired. It is a documentary on the filming of it. No one thinks about how heavy the cameras were back then, or of how little rehearsal time they had (the park was still being fine tuned an hour before it opened). They had to pull their trucks out of the cement and had to allow construction trucks through. I could really feel the frustration...in the comfort of my own living room.

The DVD also includes a few "Disney's Wonderful World of Color" episodes. Again we get to learn about how TV was different back then and how our attention span has changed. Now-a-days we have to edit the material to where it is switching off every two seconds, but back then it was like nothing audiences had ever seen. So, the segments take a little longer and are richer. The "Golden Horseshoe Revue" episode was one of the most entertaining. What a funny show! You know something can translate when it is about fifty years later and someone can still laugh like that. Nothing can entertain you more than old vaudeville material. "Disneyland Goes to the World Fair" is a great look into the process of making Primal World, It's a Small World, and Carousel of Progress. It also shows the history of where fairs come from, which was shown in an entertaining, but informative light. Last (but not least), there was "Disneyland Through the Seasons." The least entertaining of the episodes on this DVD, it shows the openings of some of the rides, parades, and the candlelight processional. It is worth a small browse over.

All in all I am happy for purchasing this DVD. It is worth it just for the "Disney's Wonderful World of Color" episodes. It brings you back to a time when things were a little more innocent and Disneyland was just a dream that no one believed in (except for one man, of course). It is less a vacation video and more a homage to dreams everywhere, we can never dream to big.....after all Disneyland all started with a mouse.

Disney Resorts - Do Them Moderately

Walt Disneyland

Walt Disney World resorts come in several categories, mostly by price. And it's the Disney Moderate resorts that are the best value for the money. Sure, they cost a bit more than the All-Stars, but they are a world away. Let's see why a Disney Moderate resort is a smart place to stay on your Walt Disney World vacation.

The Disney Magic - At Last

Do you like a little extra comfort when you take a vacation? A little more fantasy -- a little more magic? Disney's Moderate resorts fit the bill.

First, the Moderate resorts are smaller and less crowded than the Value resorts. The rooms tend to be a bit larger and also quieter. The themes of the Moderate resorts tend to be more elegant, as do the lobbies and common areas of the resort.

And unlike the Value resorts, the Moderate resorts have restaurants. No grabbing something at Disney's version of fast food -- you can sit down for a meal.

It all contributes a little extra to the Disney magic (which is why you are staying at a Disney resort anyway).

Which are the Disney Moderate Resorts?

So you're intrigued and want to find out more about these wonderful resorts...but you don't know which ones they are. Here's a list, in alphabetic order.

Caribbean Beach Resort: As you might guess, it is island-themed and full of watery delights.

Coronado Springs Resort: Think colonial Spain and an elegant Mexico for this resort, with a very interesting restaurant.

Port Orleans, French Quarter: Yes, a theme of New Orleans' French Quarter, done up in Disney style, complete with horse-drawn carriages.

Port Orleans, Riverside: Think of the Old South, with stately homes and lovely gardens by a river (which does run through this resort).

Staying at a Walt Disney World Resort

If you're like most people, you wouldn't mind saving just a bit on your hotel stay at one of the Disney Moderate resorts. After all, you do want some money to play in the theme parks!

Even a week can make a difference in the cost of your stay. Sure, you can pay the standard rate, but why not get a great deal by booking in the off-seasons? Perhaps save as much as $50 a night?

For additional information about the Disney Moderate resorts and the kinds of discounts, see http://www.great-disney-vacations.com/disney-moderate-resorts.html

See you at a Disney Moderate resort!

Walt Disney World Transportation

When planning your Walt Disney World family vacation a factor to be considered is your transportation when you arrive at your destination.

How do we get from the airport to our hotel? Should we rent a car? Is there a shuttle service? How do we get from our hotel to the theme parks? How does the price of gas factor into our costs?

So many questions can put a damper on your planning. However, you can relax if you have chosen to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort. Leave it to the pros, they think of everything. From the moment you arrive at the Orlando airport ready for fun, straight through the time we hug Mickey good-bye, Disney has taken transportation from issue to adventure.

Disney offers a fully complimentary service called Disney's Magical Express Service. This is a service offered strictly for guests staying in a Walt Disney World owned-and-operated Resort and arriving at the Orlando International Airport. Talk about worry free and the way every vacation should be. When making your reservations you can opt-in for this service and they will mail you special tags for your luggage. This allows you to simply walk by the baggage claim and head straight for the Disney Welcome Center. There your whole family will be checked in and you will take a Disney motor coach straight to your Walt Disney World Resort. They will get your luggage and check them into your Resort for you. This allows you to simply arrive at anytime (even before check-in time) and explore the theme parks, go swimming or get something to eat and just relax. When you are well and ready go back to your Walt Disney World Resort and check in, your luggage will be waiting for you in your room(s). It really doesn't get much easier then that! However, since it may take a few hours to receive your luggage it's a good idea to keep items such as a bathing suit, sunscreen, medication and your camera with you as you are in transit, that way you will have these items available for immediate use. This is only the beginning to your perfect vacation.

Of course, the free transportation doesn't stop there. When choosing to stay within the gates of Walt Disney World they want you to enjoy your family and make wonderful memories. Each WDW Resort has Disney shuttles that will pick you up and take you where you need to go. There are multiple stations within each resort, all you have to do is sit and wait a few minutes. As the bus arrives the front will say where its destination is, when the one you need arrives, just hop on, sit down and relax with your family, let Disney deal with the traffic. Disney will bring you to all locations within the world of Disney. Some places require you to switch buses at a centralized location or get off your shuttle bus to get on a ferry or monorail. You will have to check the schedule given to you when you check-in; it will explain everything you need to know.

The wonderful thing about using their transportation is that you are dropped off right by the entrances and you don't need to remember where you're parked in their huge parking lots. When you want to leave the park just go back to the place you were dropped off and your shuttle will arrive shortly ready to bring you back to your resort. TIP: Don't forget, when staying at a WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort you can go to any other Walt Disney World Resort and visit their pools, restaurants, arcades, shopping areas and just explore the many sides of Disney. Using their shuttles makes this very easy to do. The type of transportation ranges from a shuttle bus, a ferry ride, a monorail and some resorts offer special paths for places within walking distance. All of these modes of transportation are of course in a class all by themselves; Disney would have it no other way!

When it's time to go home, if you have chosen to use the Disney's Magical Express Service, they will bring you and your luggage back to the airport with plenty of time for your flight. Leave those overstuffed-with-souvenirs suitcases for the pros, no need to break your back. All you will have to do is be ready to leave, get on your shuttle, arrive at the airport with ease and check-in at the appropriate airline counter. There are no rental cars to return, no surprises and no worries. It's the perfect stress-free ending to your perfect adventure-filled family vacation.

By choosing to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort and utilizing the free transportation provided you can save a lot of money: no rental costs, no deposits, high rising gas prices are a non-issue. Why waste your money on a rental car or other form of transportation when you can get it for FREE? Relax, enjoy your vacation and spend more money on other things.

Disney makes every vacation a delight and a memory that lasts a lifetime. If they can make a usually dreaded topic such as "How do I get from here to there?" into an exciting looked-forward to adventure just imagine what else they can do! Why not choose to avoid the hustle and bustle by using the transportation provided by Walt Disney World. Enjoy your stay!

Cheap Disneyland Tickets - Avoid the Middleman and Get Them For Less!

Disneyland

Everyone who is planning a trip to the Magic Kingdom is looking for a way to get cheap Disneyland tickets. After all, it is natural to want to get the most value for your money in anyway you can, especially when it comes to amusement park entrance fees.

The typical family will purchase tickets from a travel agency. While this is not necessarily bad, in most cases you are dealing with a middle man, the travel agent. One simple way to get tickets cheap is to visit the Disneyland official site directly. You will find loads of great information for planning your trip such as cheap accommodations, dining coupons, and transportation deals.

And the best point is that the official site will provide you with details on finding coupons for entrance tickets as well as a system to purchase them online. So, you can avoid the middle man and save yourself some money.

If you have already reserved your hotel and are just looking for cheap Disneyland tickets, then the next best thing to do is to check out the independent sites on the web that are offering them at discount prices. These types of tickets are usually provided by brokers who have bought them from people who were planning a Disney trip and had to cancel for some reason.

I have found this to be the very best way to get them cheap, but finding these type of sites can be time consuming. However, after hours of searching, I was able to come across a site that was offering them at very low prices.

How TVs Affect Our Everyday Life

Walt Disneyland

TVs have been a part of our homes for over fifty years. This little talking box with pictures has affected many parts of life. While some of the effects may have been negative, others have been very positive.

Television has broadened our worldview. We are able to see how people in the next town as well as the next state or around the world live. For many people, this has opened our eyes so that we can learn that our own way of viewing things may not be the only way.

In the United States, it was once said that fads began on the West coast and then moved east. Today, a fad can begin anywhere and spread out very quickly across the nation. In a large part, this is due to television coverage.

Where would professional or college sports be without television. While there were basketball and baseball leagues previous to television, they were not as popular as they are today. Football would just be another backyard sport if it were not for television. Most people alive today grew up with Sunday afternoon football on television. Sports channels allow us to watch our favorite games almost any time.

Without television, Disneyland would be just another amusement park that rose and fell. Walt knew what he was doing when he filmed documentaries to play on Sunday night during the Wonderful World of Disney on television. In addition to the many other shows that were aired at that time, his documentary enticed people to cross the desert and visit Mickey at his new home in Disneyland.

Think of the effect of television on our vocabulary. Not only have we added words that come from the industry itself, new words spread almost instantly through the media of television.

There were many years that televisions were a very large part of the furnishing of the room. The big console television took a large part of the floor space in the living room. Smaller portable televisions were only for the bedroom. Today flat panel TVs are found everywhere. There is no longer a need to dedicate a large part of the floorspace of the room to the television. They hand on the walls of our rooms like a piece of artwork. These new televisions do not have picture tubes but offer digital pictures that are cleaner and crisper than ever, still showing our favorite shows.

Planning Walt Disney Vacations the Right Way

Walt Disneyland

Walt Disney vacations appeal not only to children but adults as well. There is always something for everyone and Disney vacations can become a memorable experience for everyone. This is probably the biggest reason for its popularity and why families continue to return even after being there several times over the years.

Planning Walt Disney vacations in advance is essential not only to reduce the resulting financial burden but also to ensure that you get the most out of the time there.

If you are seriously thinking of Walt Disney vacations, then you have to consider doing a plan well in advance. Do research online to help you understand what a Walt Disney vacation is all about. An important thing to keep in mind is that Walt Disney World Vacations are very pricey; the prices vary depending on the time of year you want to travel. Disney is busier at particular times of the year than others. Work out your budget and choose to go to Disneyland or Disney World during the off-season. This way, you will be able to get a better deal. Once you have your budget, you can book a vacation right on Disney's website.

There are other online travel sites that offer special Disney vacation packages which include airfare and hotels. Since Disneyland and Disney World are such hot vacation spots, there is always a good deal to be found for a bargain hunter whether you travel during peak seasons or not. It is, however, better to travel during the less busy times whenever possible.

The joy of a Walt Disney vacation is that no matter how many times you have experienced it, the feeling is unique every time. The way to protect your considerable investment in a Disney vacation is to stay happy and have a good time. When planning your trip to Disney, do note the special park events that go on throughout the year. For example, attractions such as concerts for children or special character appearances that are not part of Disney's regular attractions can be a real treat and bonus for your trip.

Keep a lookout for Disney anniversary specials. Catching attractions and specials that do not happen all the time not only makes your investment worthwhile, it also helps to create unique and wonderful vacation memories that are much more fun for you and your family.

Walt Disney vacations are, by far, vacation experiences suitable for the young and the old to enjoy and have a boatload of fun. With just a little planning, you can enjoy great saving deals on your next Disney vacation.

Finding Good Disneyland Discounts

Image : http://www.flickr.com

Anyone planning a trip to Disneyland knows that it can turn into quite an expensive trip. However, besides being well worth it, there are some ways around the high costs. With some Disneyland discounts, the trip can be not only magical, but affordable as well.

First off, think about the time of year to visit the park. The value season is January, February and part of October, November and December. Not only is it the least expensive, it is also not as crowded so is a great time to visit. Sometimes Disney vacation packages can save a lot of money; this is when hotels and park tickets are bought together to create a package deal.

Depending on individual family's needs and eating habits, the meal plans may be worthwhile options. Some families love the concept of prepaid meals, others would rather not be locked into certain dining restrictions, but it is definitely worth a look into and could be a way to save some money.

When buying Disney tickets, there are usually some ways to find good discounts. For Disneyland, Southern California residents can usually get some sort of discount; the same goes for Florida residents and Disney World. In addition, the more days spent at the park and the more days bought on a ticket can reduce the daily price.

If flexibility is a factor, discounts can be found. Check out some of the saving online sites, like the MouseSavers website and even the Disney sites themselves for discounts. Sometimes simply buying tickets online can be a great savings. Do not forget that time is a great savings, too. By planning the day at the park beforehand, and knowing where to go, families can get the most for their money.

Books have been written, websites created and information abounds on Disney World and Disneyland discounts. It can be done. With some careful planning and knowing what to do, a Disneyland vacation package can be affordable as well as unforgettably fun.

They have add-on activities such as dining with characters and special excursions that can be personalized for your family vacation.
